Rawtober Day 6 - Thursday 6 October
Breakfast
Kombucha Tea
Green Smoothie: spinach, orange, cucumber, celery, coconut water, spirulina, bee pollen.
Snack
By day 6 I was so happy to make a latte which is great for anyone transitioning from coffee. :)
Raw Latte: I used Eridu Velvet Splash, which is a mixture of raw cacao powder, lucuma, mesquite, maca and himalayan salt - if you have these separate ingredients you could make this mix yourself, with coconut butter, raw honey ( if you are vegan you can use agave) and raw steeped chai tea.
Lunch
Avacado and Olive Dip with broccoli (Avacados, green olives, garlic, chilli, lime juice, eztra virgin olive oil, celtic sea salt, broccoli.
Snack
Coconut Yoghurt and strawberries
Dinner
Really Yummy!!! Stuffed Mushrooms ( mushrooms, garlic, rice wine vinegar, celtic sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, sundried tomatoes, activated pine nuts, basil)

Breakfast

Strawberries, kiwi fruit
Lunch
Rainbow Pasta: beetroot, zuccini. carrot, mushrooms, activated pine nuts, basil sundried tomatoes, olives, celtic sea salt
Dinner
Avacado and Olive Dip with Vegie crudites, cucumber, celery, snow peas, capsicum

Breakfast

Lunch
Apples, bananas, dates
Dinner
Asian Salad with marinated mushrooms: ginger, garlic, nama shoyu, lime juice, coconut sugar, cold pressed sesame oil, mushrooms, bok choy, snow peas, bean shoots, coriander, sesame seeds.
Coming up in the next few days - Sunday night raw pizza and Rawdolf Salad
